1. When can I receive my package after the payment?

After we receive your order, we conduct a series of quality control checks to ensure the quality of your purchase prior to shipment. Depending on the product's size and stock status, this processing time normally takes between 1 and 3 business days.

2. What shipping method Alternative Jungle use?

Alternative Jungle partners with major international shipping companies such
as DHL, US Express, CNE, USPS, ePacket, AESS, 4PX and EMS among others to offer.

3. Shipping Charge

We offer FREE, insured and tracked standard worldwide shipping for all of our customers who have chosen one of our sustainable alternatives. 

We also offer customers express options at fair and reasonable prices for those customers who want faster delivery.

4. How to track my order?

Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email containing the order details and a tracking number. This can be used to track the delivery of your order.

5. Logistics Time

General logistics time is 5-10 working days for express shipping and 8-14 working days for free standard shipping, except holidays.
